These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern your use of this website and the services offered. By using this website and services you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Oraclist services. Please thoroughly read and fully understand it, and check back frequently for any updates.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our website and/or services. We reserve the right to adjust, change, add and/or remove parts of this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Clicking on this website will always indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) and any changes to it.

Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “I”, “us” and “our” refer to the owner of oraclist.com

Our Intuitive Readings / Coaching Services

By booking your session it is understood that you agree to all of these terms and conditions

The service is for over 18s only. Before you have a paid reading you must have had a free 15 minute reading. Once you have placed your order for your reading, within 24 hours I will send you my available dates and it is then for you to choose the best time convenient for you. Please don’t forget to put your availability dates at checkout when placing your order.

Please bear in mind I’m based in the United Kingdom, so my time zones may differ from yours. You can use this time zone converter to work out the time difference Click Here. My preferred working hours for readings are 6 to 10pm daily (but can be flexible). My time zone: UTC +0 | GMT. My aim is to do your reading within 72 hours of your booking, however this is not always possible.

Once a time and date has been established mutually and booked. I will send you a zoom link a few hours before your reading takes place. Please keep your camera off for the entire reading, as your background can give too much information and can be a big distraction, my camera will be off also. Please be online and ready for your reading at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reading time.

Please don’t feed me with information, once we get on the call, let me do the talking. Once we establish whether I’m able to connect with you then you can ask questions. If you have a specific question to ask I would prefer if you were vague. Example “there is this person who is unwell, what can you see?” Please DON’T say something like “my next door neighbour who is only 26, married with 4 sons, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, she was given 6 months to live, what can you see”? I need to be able to tell you the details, if you give me the details; it defeats the purpose and makes it more difficult to give accurate information. If I ask you a question please answer it as basic and vague as possible, a simple yes, no or one word answer is best. Make sure you are relaxed, and in a place with minimum noise and distractions. I can only say what I see, hear or feel, there will be moments of silence, do not be alarmed this is normal.

Calls may be recorded for safety and training purposes, Any recording will never be used as marketing material, put online or played in public without written consent from you, the only person who will have access to it is myself, no one apart from myself will ever listen to it unless the law becomes involved.

Refunds:

If you have confirmed your booking date and you missed it you will not be issued a refund.

When you book a session you are paying for my time, so if you have done the full session a refund cannot be issued.

While you are in your active session, if you are not happy with how it is going you can terminate the call before the agreed end time. You can request to be refunded for the minutes you did not complete only, via email which means you are only charged for the time you completed so if we did 20 minute of a 30 minute session, you will be refunded for 10 minutes.

You must provide a valid reason for why you were dissatisfied with your session.

Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the call being terminated.

We reserve the right to listen to calls privately as part of our monitoring of refunds.

This policy is subject to fair usage and we reserve the right to decline a refund or to give you another reading if we believe the request is not reasonable, genuine or valid.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking via email up to 8 hour before your session starts, based on your request you will either be issued with a full refund within 4 hours, or booked in for another day.

 If I have to cancel your mutually confirmed session for any reason a full refund will be issued within the hour.

If we can’t mutually agree on a date and time for your reading you may choose to cancel and get a full refund.

Disclaimer

I read only energies however I cannot read everyone’s energy, if we have established in the 15 minutes free reading that I cannot read your energy please do not book a paid session unless you are just seeking general coaching and not an intuitive reading.

I don’t do spell, magic or anything of that nature and I know nothing about them. I can’t do spells and I can’t remove them.

I can’t not diagnose or treat illnesses or conditions (including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death). The content of intuitive readings and the use of this site are merely for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon.

I reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason.

I am not a licensed psychologist, lawyer, financial adviser, doctor or and health care professional and my services do not replace the care of lawyers, financial advisers, psychologists, doctors or any other healthcare professionals or any other professionals.

Everything you say is 100% private and confidential and will never be publicised.

You can record your session for personal use only; I do not give my consent for the session with my voice to be aired publicly, online, or on any social media platforms under no circumstances unless I have given my written consent.

Things I will not keep private and will notify the rightful authorities.

Any talk of harm to children, the elderly or disabled including any form sexual, physical, mental or verbal abuse.

Kidnapping, trafficking, or abduction

Plots to take the life of any human being.

By engaging in an intuitive reading or using this website please understand all intuitive readings and consultations are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not in any way constitute medical, financial, legal, personal or any sort of professional advice. Your intuitive reading is not in any way guaranteed to be accurate, any information given is just an opinion of mine, and does not constitute advice. I will not be liable for any damages sustained due to reliance by you on such information provided by me. All information given is given with the understanding that nothing is 100% guaranteed or accurate. You have free will to change your path and outcomes of any predictions. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the owner of oraclist harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, liability and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to any investigation, allegation, claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or related to (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, (b) any transaction or dispute between you and any third party, (c) unauthorized access to the Service through your account, or of which you should have been or were aware and did not report to oraclist (d) your use of the Service or your connection to the Service, or (e) your violation of this Agreement. we shall have the right to withhold amounts payable to you to cover your obligations thereunder. These terms and conditions and the relationship between all users of this site shall be governed by the UK laws.

We may suggest services or/and products on Oraclist website which may contain links or references to information, content, and services provided by third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). Oraclist does not monitor or have any control over Third-Party Content. Oraclist does not endorse or adopt any Third-Party Content and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or quality. Oraclist undertakes no responsibility to update or review any Third-Party Content, and does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information contained in any Third Party Content. You use any Third Party Content contained therein at your own risk. Views expressed in Third Party Content are not endorsed by Oraclist.
